Full or Part Time Senior Vet Nurse
Bondi Vet is looking for another vet nurse to join our team.
So what’s the deal?
We’re a 6-vet practice a stone’s throw from Bondi Beach, and we’re looking for an experienced nurse who gives a damn —about the medicine, the patients, and the people they work with.
Who we are
We’re not your average suburban clinic. Our vets and nurses are great at what they do, we have a visiting specialist surgeon and cardiologist, and we genuinely love providing great medicine. We have the gadgets, the ambition, and a team that’s grown fast because we do things properly.
We’re also a real community. Our nurses and receptionists look out for each other like family, our clients trust us deeply, and we take that seriously. Every pet matters here — that’s not a slogan, it’s how we actually operate.
What you’ll walk into
A medical nursing stream and a surgical nursing team — we’ll shape the role around what you’re good at and what you want more of
Senior nurse consults: weight clinics, rechecks, bloods, triage and more
Above award pay, full stop. We pay nurses between $34-40 hr. Vet nursing is hard and skilled work and we pay accordingly
4-day weeks (full time), rotating weekends (1 in 4), with genuine flexibility on part time
Free short/ medium term accommodation if you’re relocating from interstate or overseas
Ongoing professional development — we want you growing, not stagnating
If you have other skills (social media, anyone?) — tell us. We’ll find a way to use them
Who you are
You’re experienced, adaptable, qualified and you actually care about the standard of your work. You communicate well, you can hold your own independently and in a team, and you don’t need to be micro managed. You lift the people around you.
You don’t need a perfect CV. If you’re the right person, we’ll make it work.
